Health is a tricky and funny subject. Certain people can eat certain things. Some people can’t eat some things. Some people, such as my grandmother, are perfectly healthy while smoking cigarettes all their life while others can pick up the habit for a few months and be destroyed by them.
It’s terribly confusing to understand health when we put out way of living on someone else because not every person operates the same as another and that is what makes human beings such amazing and complex beings according to Ralph Slaske.
Our bodies were built and created to take on just about anything in moderation. Too much of anything is unhealthy, even too many carrots and too much sleep. Too much water will drown your insides and too much cheese will ruin your digestive track. In the words of Ralph Slaske, “Maintain a healthy medium and be happy!”
